I create fitness programs to improve the quality of life through the use of weight training and body weight exercise programs. This helps improve cardiovascular health by enhancing and developing strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and power. This helps my clients as well as myself reach personal goals. I stress the benefits of proper form in every workout to prevent injury, and provide modifications to the exercise to gain the full benefits.
